Sample of Manuscript Template

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the author guidelines outlined in the PDF article template: [Click Here to Download]

Article Information:

Title: Maximum of 16 words.

Author(s) Name: Full names of all authors without titles.

Institution: Complete institutional affiliation, including the full name of the institution.

Corresponding Author: Include the name and email address of the corresponding author.

Abstract:

The abstract is a concise, comprehensive summary of the article’s content, designed to help readers quickly understand the article's purpose and retrieve it from abstracting and indexing databases. It is crucial that the abstract be well-prepared, as it often serves as the reader's first encounter with the article. The abstract should be information-dense and include key terms to improve discoverability. Ensure that the abstract does not exceed the journal's word limit, which typically ranges between 100 and 150 words.

Keywords:

Examples include law, syariah, Islamic theology, common law, civil law, etc.

Introduction:
The introduction should cover the following points:
1. A general introduction that moves from broad to specific topics.
2. A definition of the main research problem.
3. Identification of gaps in the literature, as found through comparison with prior research.
4. The proposed solution to the problem.
5. The motivation for conducting the research.
6. The study's aims and objectives.
7. The significance and contributions of the study.

Additional considerations for the introduction include the use of recent literature (preferably within the last 10 years, except for foundational sources), critical analysis of the literature, paraphrasing techniques, indirect quotations, and the use of APA Style 7th edition for footnotes.

Method:
The materials and methods section should provide sufficient detail to allow the experiment to be replicated. Methods that have already been published should be cited, and only relevant modifications should be described.

Subsections:
It is customary to divide the methods section into labeled subsections, such as descriptions of participants, procedures, sampling methods, and research design.
The participant (or subject) characteristics section should clearly outline eligibility and exclusion criteria, particularly any restrictions based on demographic factors.
The research design should specify whether the study involved experimental manipulation or naturalistic observation, and how participants were assigned to different conditions.
Additional details can be included in appendices or supplemental materials for clarity.

Results:
The results section should be concise but sufficient to support the study’s conclusions. Data may be presented using tables, charts, or graphs for clarity, but avoid presenting the same data multiple times in different formats. Ensure that results are interpreted with adequate evidence and are not based on assumptions.

Discussion:
The discussion is a critical part of the manuscript and should:
1. Compare results with previous research and theories.
2. Provide causal arguments explaining why certain results occurred.
3. Highlight the study’s contributions to the field.
4. Discuss the study's limitations.
5. Suggest future research directions and recommendations.

Conclusion:

The conclusion should directly address the study’s objectives and explain how the research advances the current state of knowledge. Avoid repeating the abstract or simply listing the experimental results. Provide a clear scientific rationale for your work and suggest potential applications or future research directions.

Cite a minimum of 15 references using a reference management tool such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote. All references should follow APA Style 7th edition formatting.
